PLANNING

Entails further development of viable options to the first outline for implementation and may include process flow diagrams, layouts, determination of process, facilities resource requirements, scheduling as well as budgeting.

DESIGN

Includes the development of drawing, specification and documents in enough details for construction, this is divided into preliminary and final design.
